Be the mountain
Be the sturdy, strong and completely relaxed mountain. Nothing to do or get to. Just being here. Sitting still
Feeling your body on the ground, on the earth, you are broad, safe and still. Connected. The top of the mountain you can imagine being your head and that is much smaller in comparison to the base. the top, the head, is empty, full of air and the base is heavy, solid and strong.
Imagine there is a rain falling over the mountain and you are letting the dust and old branches be swept away form your mountain-body, while you do nothing. You are just feeling the lightness and the heaviness of being. Nothing to do or be, but to observe.
Imagine the winter snow keeping you still and majestic. You are looking over the landscape, resting in sublime beingness, watching the movements around you; the birds flying, the squirrel jumping in the trees, some people walking in the valley, quarrelling, talking or just holding hands. Nothing you need to do about anything. You are just observing life as it is.
Now you are noticing that the snow is melting and spring is around the corner. You are gradually becoming more open to the movements within you and a new energy unfolding inside you. You are no longer just the mountain being still, but feeling the small movements within you that wants to grow. So, you breath deeper and start move with the movements.
